Jim Gavin’s MIDDLE MEN was named a finalist for the 2014 PEN USA Literary Award in Fiction. Simon & Schuster published the book on February 19, 2013.

Kiese Laymon is the Fiction Winner of the 2014 William Saroyan International Prize for Writing, for his 2013 novel LONG DIVISION. The award is given jointly by The Stanford University Libraries and the William Saroyan Foundation. Laymon’s novel and memoir are forthcoming from Bloomsbury.

Ted Thompson’s THE LAND OF STEADY HABITS has been longlisted for 2014 Flaherty-Dunnan First Novel Prize, awarded to the best debut novel of the year by the Center For Fiction. Reagan Arthur Books published the book on March 4, 2015.

James Scott’s THE KEPT has been longlisted for 2014 Flaherty-Dunnan First Novel Prize, awarded to the best debut novel of the year by the Center For Fiction. Picador published the book on December 24, 2013.

A. Scott Berg’s biography of Woodrow Wilson is on the longlist for the 2014 PEN/Jacqueline Bograd Weld Award for Biography. Putnam published the book September 10, 2013.

Derek Miller’s NORWEGIAN BY NIGHT is a finalist for the Indie Choice Debut novel award. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt published the book on May 21, 2013.

Rilla Askew’s KIND OF KIN was shortlisted for Mountains & Plains Booksellers Reading the West Book Award. Ecco published the book on January 8, 2013.
