TO EXPLAIN THE WORLD: The Discovery of Modern Science by Nobel Prize winning physicist Steven Weinberg was listed by the Guardian in their essential literary calendar for 2015. Harper Collins will publish the book on February 10, 2015.

THE SHANNARA CHRONICLES by Terry Brooks

MTV has announced casting news for their upcoming SHANNARA series, based on the popular fantasy series by Terry Brooks. Austin Butler (The Carrie Diaries) will star as Wil Ohmsford, a half-elf and last of the magical Shannara family; Manu Bennett (Arrow) will play the druid Allanon; and Ivana Baquero (Pan’s Labyrinth) will play Eretria.
