Rutger Bregman’s article “The Moment to Change the World is Right Now” was featured on the cover of TIME Magazine. DRIFTS by Kate Zambreno is on Entertainment Weekly’s “20 New Books for May,” Fast Company’s “97 Pop-Culture Musts for May,” and The Millions’ “Most Anticipated Books of May.” Seija Rankin and David Canfield from EW write: “This feverish account of artistic isolation can be read as both a how-to manual and a chilling warning about the dangers of walling yourself off.” BOMB Magazine also hosted Zambreno for an online evening in conversation with Amina Cain, the author of INDELICACY. Publishers Weekly ran a fantastic interview with former Wu-Tang Clan manager and music executive Sophia Chang. Chang discussed her memoir, THE BADDEST BITCH IN THE ROOM, which was originally released as an Audible Original and will be published in print this September. When asked what inspired her to write this book, Chang replied, “I want to be of service to others. I hope this book is helpful to those who have been afraid to tell their stories or raise their voices, people who feel they’ve been undervalued.” Chang was also featured in the latest episode of Defining Moments with OZY on Hulu, where she discussed her upbringing as the child of Korean immigrants in Canada, her love affair with the New York hip-hop scene, and her experiences as a working single mother. Catapult will publish the book on September 8, 2020.

THE STRANGER DIARIES by Elly Griffiths has won the 2020 Edgar Award for Best Novel. This is Griffiths’ second Edgar Award, as she was awarded the Mary Higgins Clark Award in 2011 for her novel THE CROSSING PLACES. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt published the book on March 5, 2019.
