The reviewer Parul Seghal calls the stories “tart and spiky” and says “The new book is cannily constructed, and so instantly absorbing that it feels like an abduction.” The author will also be profiled in this weekend’s New York Times Magazine. HarperCollins published the book on September 25, 2018.
