The third bestselling cookbook by Gwyneth Paltrow was the lead review in a cookbook roundup in Sunday’s New York Times Book Review. The review says that “A good percentage of the recipes deliver on the fast part of the fast-and-fresh promise, and what makes them so appealing is the way Paltrow and Baumann elevate a simple dish without scaring anyone off.” Grand Central published the book on April 12, 2016.
